Elizabeth,

How do I begin to thank you for the tremendous impact you’ve made on my life over the past few years?

As a colleague, you’ve been an absolute joy to work with. Your smile lights up the room, and your positive attitude inspires everyone you meet. Your leadership both professionally and spiritually has been a driving force behind the success of the Hunter Centre, and I thank you for laying an amazing foundation for us all to continue building upon. It’s incredibly sad to see you go, and know that I’m going to miss our office chats in all their shapes and forms!

As a mentor you have changed my life. When I first arrived at Haskayne I had a lot of growing up to do, and a lot to learn about being a supportive teammate and leader. Your guidance has helped me focus in on who I am, to recognize my strengths and weaknesses, and see how I can best contribute to the team. You lead by example, and have shown me that when you believe in the inherent goodness and potential of others, great things happen. Thank you for your guidance, patience, support, and friendship; you will never know just how much it meant to me.

I know you will go on to do great things in this life. I strongly believe that. May your light shine bright and guide those around you into a brighter future.

Thank you for sharing a part of your journey with your family here at the Hunter Centre.
We’ll never forget you.

With love,
Kevan
